Randy's Roll Cage for 1965 "Blue Angel" Corvette
Gallery shows some of the 100 photos taken during refinishing Randy's roll cage for his '65 Blue Angel Corvette (click to view article)
featured in December 2009's Corvette Magazine. This gallery captures photos of the original condition, and various stages required to
refinish what was unexpected under the paint..... removing bondo filler over original welds, re-welding to smooth out, applying metal
filler for powder coating, grinding metal filler and new welds, smoothing out, and at last.....the Blasted Aluminum Powder Coated Finish
with Super High Gloss Clear Coat.
Once completed and re-installed, Randy text messaged me to say:
"Just an update.... In the car and beautiful! Great choice to coordinate with the graphics. Thanks Again, Randy"

Dave from Missouri's 17 inch Inner RIMZ for his Honda B2000
This PDF gallery features the inner rims of Dave's 17 inch rims for his 700 hp Honda B2000. They were
refinished in Battleship Gray to match his B2000's exterior trim and compliment the rim's polished inner and
outer sections. Dave was kind enough to forward photos of the rims before and after refinishing. The second
photo in this gallery is a photo of the look and color Dave was looking for. Other photos in this gallery show
the original powder coated finish rims being stripped with chemcials before our 2-phase glass beading process. The
original finish included 3 coates of powder coating, which took on average 7 to 8 hours each to strip and glass bead
to bare metal.
The end result was, to quote Dave..."here are a few pictures of the rims on the car and the finished
product, "GREAT WORK" looks great!"
Thanks for the before and after photos Dave!

Joe's Air Cleaner for 1967 Austin
Amazing 2-Piece 40+ Year Old Air cleaner Uses Oil
These photos feature a 2-piece air cleaner for Joe's '67 Austin. The 2-piece air cleaner' lower section is filled
with oil so that it can lubricate and keep the mesh air cleaner inside lubricated similar to the modern day K&N
type Air Cleaners used today. It makes you wonder where modern day air cleaner companies got their idea for oil
lubricated air cleaners......40+ year old technology maybe?!?!???"

Chuck's 70 Year Old Tractor RIMZ for his Show Tractor
These photos feature 70 year old front spoked tractor rims. Chuck restored them for his show tractor, which
will feature a Ford 302 CUI Motor! Tractor rims are two tone featuring gloss black trimmed with clear coat
edges. Initial powder coating applied the gloss black requiring the edges to be masked out for the natural cast
steel clear coat."
