PRICING: Our pricing structure has been revised to be simple and straight forward. WE ONLY CHARGE FOR OUR ACTUAL TIME. Our powder coating pricing is based on a batch price. That is, no matter how many items you have that can be powder coated at the same time in our large oven, you will only be invoiced at a rate of $60. In other words, the more items you have that will fit into our large oven, the less expensive it becomes for you and us. Pictured below are 20 of Ryan's parts for his boat. All of these items were powder coated in a single batch. Ryan's average cost per part was only $3.00! Other powder coaters charge by the item. We charge by the batch. Overall, substantial savings for you. Unbelievable and unmatched by anyone in the industry! Additional charges will ONLY apply for glass beading and/or removal of existing coating services. Labor rate for glass beading and/or removal of additional coatings is $45.00/hour. Additional material charges for non-glass beading stripping may apply. This is typically ONLY required for removal of any existing powder coated surface(s). ALL estimates are written and are calcuated on the "High-Side." Our estimates are based on our flat (batch) powder coating rate of $60/hr, a high-side hourly labor estimate for restoring your part(s), and any additional material cost required to strip existing powder coating from your parts (where applicable only). All written estimates represent the maximum you can be expect to be invoiced for. So, whether the actual cost is more or less than the writtent estimate, you are ONLY invoiced for the lower of the two. WE ONLY CHARGE FOR OUR ACTUAL TIME. THIS POLICY IS GUARANTEED!!
